Animals
All our animals are captive bred and raised by us. We deliver only high quality animals. All our breeding animals origine from the best known bloodlines. Pictures of the parents and backgrounds are available.

Guarantee

• All snakes will be flawless, healthy, feeding and sexed correctly unless otherwise agreed. Green Tree Pythons will not be sexed untill they reach 12 months of age.
• If you have a valid reason for not being satisfeid with your animal, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours of taking delivery and we will either replace them, or refund your money if stock is unavailable. Otherwise, we will assume that you are happy with your snakes and therefore we have no further responsibility for them.
• All animals will have a certificate of origin (EEG) for orders within the European community.

Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Discounts can occasionally be discussed on some species or on large orders.
• We reserve the right to deny sales without explanation.
• Snakes must be fully paid for prior on collection.
• Payment can be by cash, direct bank transfer and Paypal.
  

Deposits

• All animals available will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
• As numbers may be limited on some species we will operate an order list without taking deposits. However, once baby’s are born, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure priority.
• Orders with deposits will be met first. Deposits are refundable only if we cannot meet your order.

Trade or Bulk Orders
Discounts are available on certain species to trade customers or for large orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Collection / Delivery
Livestock can be collected in person unless other arrangements can be made. We don’t ship our animals by air. For this reason we don’t take orders from outside Europe.

If for some reason we should come to legal terms all affairs must be settled here. Country of jurisdiction is Holland.
